Robyn Scott

Robyn is co-founder and CEO of Apolitical, the first global impact network for government and its partners. Focused on what’s working in governments everywhere, Apolitical advances and promotes the best ideas and people in the public service to help solve the hardest challenges facing our societies.

Previously Robyn co-founded Level Up, a Southern African social enterprise which teaches coding to vulnerable young people, and OneLeap, a London-based executive development company which helps large organisations innovate like start-ups.

Robyn has written an acclaimed memoir about growing up in Botswana during the AIDS epidemic and is currently writing her second book, the true story of redemption in South Africa’s most violent prison. She started writing while working at the Financial Times. 

She is an ambassador for the Access to Medicine Index, an advisor to the Responsible Mining Index, a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and a Gates Cambridge Scholar. She is also an advisor to and investor in several mission-driven start-ups.
