Nichole Dunn

As Vice President of Innovation and Community Impact, Nichole brings 20+ years of public and nonprofit executive leadership, data-driven performance management, and public policy innovation experience to Results for America. Prior to joining Results for America, she served as Deputy Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams from 2013-15. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, she established an impressive track record of increasing accountability through performance management and improving outcomes by diligently executing strategic initiatives (e.g., Pay for Success, criminal justice reform, collective impact projects, data-driven decision making). Nichole uniquely served as Deputy Mayor for two administrations, appointed first by Mayor Peter Corroon from 2009-13.  Prior to this position, she served as Salt Lake County’s Director of Government Relations from 2005-09. 

Earlier roles in her career focused on health care policy, including positions with the Utah Department of Health, Department of Medicaid and the Association for Utah Community Health. Nichole was a fellow in the inaugural cohort of the Results for America Local Government Fellowship.

Nichole earned her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Utah, where she also received her B.S. in Behavioral Science and Health.  She holds an Executive Certificate in Driving Government Performance from the Kennedy School of Government.
