Beth Bafford
Beth Bafford is a Director of Investments at Calvert Foundation, a non-profit financial intermediary. At Calvert Foundation she works on domestic and international transactions across impact sectors, with a focus on health and place-based community development.
Prior to joining Calvert Foundation, Beth was a consultant in McKinsey & Company’s DC office where she focused mostly on US Health Reform strategy for large health insurers and hospital systems. She has also worked as a Special Assistant at the White House Office of Management and Budget during the drafting and passage of the Affordable Care Act, as a Regional Field Director for the 2008 Obama for America campaign, and as a Senior Associate at UBS Financial Services.
Beth is a die-hard Duke fan (go devils!), where she received both her BA in Public Policy and MBA in Social Entrepreneurship. At Duke’s Fuqua School of Business she helped launch the CASE Initiative on Impact Investing (CASE i3).
